DAY 1. TASHKENT
A.M. Visit Khazrati Imam Complex, Kukaldash, Barakhan Madrassah, Applied Art Museum.
Lunch. P.M. Independence Square, Underground Metro, Chorsu Bazaar. Dinner. Overnight.
DAY 2. TASHKENT-URGENCH-KHIVA (BY AIR)
Morning flight to Urgench by HY-1051 at 07:00. Arrival at 09:30. Transfer to Khiva. Accommodation. Excursion in Khiva Ichan Kala. Full day SS tour of Khiva: Ichan –Kala (UNESCO World Heritage List) with towers, a heavily fortified citadel called Kunya-Ark – the Old Fortress, palace-fortress Kurynysh-khana, Juma mosque the Seyid Allauddin mausoleum and the Bagbanli mosque, Mukhammad, Khurdzhum and Shirgazi-khan madrassahs – in the 17th and 18th centuries, Among later structures, of special interest are the Kutlug-Murad-inak madrassah, the Pakhlavan–Makhmud mausoleum, the caravanserai, and Allakuli-khan madrassah, the Tash-Khauli palace.
Lunch and Dinner in Local Restaurant. Overnight.
DAY 3. KHIVA-AYAZKALA
Morning transfer to Ayazkala, visit ancient Fortresses. Ayazkala, Kirkkizkala, Toprakkala.
Lunch in Ayazkala. Drive back to Khiva and free time for shopping in old city. Dinner. Overnight.
DAY 4. KHIVA-BUKHARA
Drive to Bukhara via Kyzylkum desert along Caravan road. Picnic on the road.
Arrival and accommodation in hotel. P.M. Self walk in ancient city. Dinner. Overnight.
DAY 5. BUKHARA
Full day SS tour in Bukhara including: The Lyabi-Khaus ensemble (Includes the Kukeldush madrassah and Nodir-Divan-Begi as well as the Khanakas). Also visit 3 remaining domed bazaars – Taqi Zargaron, or Jeweler’s Bazaar, Taqi Telpak Furushon or Cap Makers’ Bazaar and Taqi Sarrafon, or Moneychangers’ Bazaar, Mausoleum of the Samanids, Chashmai-Ayub, Mosque Bolo-Khauz, citadel Ark. From high walls of citadel the interesting skyline of the city is made up of a mixture of modern buildings and monuments of the past), Ensemble Poi Kalian. Madrassah Miri-Arab, Mosque Djuma, Madrassah of Ulugbek and Madrassah of Abdoulazizkhan, Mausoleum Chor Minor, Mosque Magoki-Attari. Lunch.
Dinner with folk performance at a madrassah in Bukhara. Overnight.
DAY 6. BUKHARA-NURATA-YANGIGAZGAN
Drive to Yangigazgan via Nurata. Lunch.
Excursion in Nurata incl. fortress ruins Nurata Friday mosque with basin filled with sacred fishes. Visit to the ruins of fortress of Great Alexander..Arrrival at camp. Accommodation in yurtas.
Dinner by the fire under accompany Kazakh Akyn (local folklore singer).Overnight in yurtas.
DAY 7 YANGIGAZGAN-LAKE AYDARKUL-SAMARKAND
After breakfast camel trekking.
Drive to Aydar Kul Lake. Picnic at the lake. Rest at the lake. After lunch drive to Samarkand.
Arrival, accommodation at the hotel. Dinner at the city restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 8. SAMARKAND
Full day city tour in Samarkand: visit to Registan square. The Square is surrounded by the Ulugbek’s madrassah, the Sher-Dor madrassah and Tilla-Kori madrassah. Mausoleum Gur-Emir, Lunch.
Observatory of Ulugbek visit to Necropolis Shakhi-Zinda and ensemble of mausoleums of the 11th-19th centuries, the necropolis of Samarkand rulers and nobles, Visit to Mosque Bibi-Khanum. Time at leisure and shopping at Siab bazaar . Lunch.
Dinner with Presentation of National Cuisine “Plov”. Overnight.
DAY 9. SAMARKAND-SHAKHRISABZ-TERSAK
Drive from Samarkand to Tersak via Shakhrisabz. Tour of Shakhrisabz:
Visit Ak Saray Palace, Kuk Gumbaz, Gumbazi Saidon, Khazrati Imam Mosque, Mausoleum of Jakhangir (Temurlan’s son).
«The green city» as the name is translated, was known in due time as Kesh or Nasaf. Tamerlan was born near the city . Lunch. Transfer to Tersak. Excursion in the direction to refreshing falls (3 hours aprox.) Walk. Continuation of excursion in the direction of Tersak. Arrival and accommodation in a rural school. Walk on village and visiting of school. Conversation with inhabitants of village. Dinner and overnight in the residents` houses.
DAY 10. TERSAK-URGUT-SAMARKAND
Drive to Urgut. Visit Urgut Syuzani Bazar. Lunch. Drive back to Samarkand excursion in excavation site “Afrosiab” and museum of the city foundation, Khoja Daniyal Mausoleum, Khazarti Khizr Mosque.Dinner in National Guest House. Overnight.
DAY 11. SAMARKAND-TASHKENT
Drive to Tashkent. On the way to Tashkent you will be able to visit the interesting places such as: “Amir Temur Gate” Big “Honey Market” in Jizzakh. Then across Syr-Darya River between Syr-Darya and Tashkent district. Arrival to Tashkent and accommodation in the hotel. Lunch.
Free time at leisure in Tashkent bazaars and squares. Farewell Dinner in Restaurant. Ovenight.
DAY 12. TASHKENT-HOME
Early morning flight home.
