ORGANIZATION
The technical organization of the trips included in this program has been carried out by PERIMETRO VIAJERO, which coordinates the services of other agencies abroad and receptive of air and land carriers.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The rights to the intellectual property relating to items that appear on this website, such as trademarks, trade names, logos, domain names, photographs, text, etc., belongs to PERIMETRO VIAJERO , or, if providing tourism businesses that advertise on the site and are protected by national and international laws.
Unauthorized use of these elements (images, text, logos, or other material appearing on the Web), such as reproduction, publication, modification, addition, deletion, or any other activity that is conducted without the consent of holders of intellectual property will lead to the effective violation of the law on intellectual property and other laws apply.
SERVICES INCLUDED
The services included are as specified in each trip and the ancillary information provided. In case of modification of the circuit before departure, the services included and not included, will attend the Information Pack. Be considered as "not included" any service not specified as "included."
DOCUMENTATION
All the people on the trip are responsible for having the necessary documentation in order for the country you are visiting (DNI, passport, visa, sanitation, etc.).. BAGGAGE
The traveler's baggage is not covered by land transport agreement, deemed for all purposes that he always keeps it with him, whatever part of the vehicle where it is located, without PERIMETRO VIAJERO is responsible for damage or deterioration during the trip . With regard to air transport, we refer to the airlines conditions regulated by IATA. PERIMETRO VIAJERO will not incur liability for loss or damage you may suffer while luggage is carried by porters or pack animals during the development of treks or expeditions.
AT DEPARTURE
We recommend the filing or boarding at airports two hours or more before departure. Passengers must reconfirm with PERIMETRO VIAJERO , within 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time, the meeting place, date, time and flight number. In the absence of reconfirmation, PERIMETRO VIAJERO declines all responsibility in case of disturbances on the information given above.
CANCELLATIONS
The client to desist from the services requested or contract is entitled to a refund of the amount paid up to that time, but must compensate PERIMETRO VIAJERO by all management fees and cancellation fees, if any. We encourage all our customers the subscription travel insurance to cover this contingency as well as those inherent to any trip.
ALTERATIONS
If prior to departure occur due to force majeure that prevented its completion, the customer is entitled to full refund of the price paid, excluding management fees. If before or during the trip, PERIMETRO VIAJERO is prevented to provide any services on the agreed conditions, PERIMETRO VIAJERO offer customers a full refund of the price paid for this service, or replaced by another with similar characteristics. Any service not rendered will be refunded the return trip, upon presentation of relevant evidence issued by the person or entity responsible. There shall be no refund for unused services volunteered by the consumer, whatever the cause of their non-use. In the contracted travel sailing vessel and / or engine, the responsible skipper reserves the right to modify or change destinations, routes, or stays in ports, according to weather conditions, prior information to customers, ensuring their security, without the customer is entitled to compensation. PERIMETRO VIAJERO may suspend the execution of those trips subject to a minimum of participants when this minimum is not reached. The suspension should be communicated to registered customers at least 10 days before the scheduled departure date. In these cases, the customer is only entitled a refund of amounts paid, without compensation, if not agree with the changes in the price applicable for smaller group of participants.
LIABILITY
PERIMETRO VIAJERO explicitly states that acts as an intermediary between passengers and the entities or persons providing the services specified in the itinerary are those charged end customer service. Consequently, PERIMETRO VIAJERO assumes no responsibility for money or gaps in services, luggage damage, alteration of the program motivated by reasons of force majeure or any other event outside the organization, which may occur during the trip. PERIMETRO VIAJERO will not responsible for the cost of accommodation, transportation, maintenance, repatriation or others arising as a result of delays in departure of flights or other transportation for whatever the cause. Also, it assumes the deficiencies of quality of service of hotels or accommodation with tourism official status in the case of services of the same. The organization is not liable for a trip or activity changes in the program because of schedule adjustments or delays by carriers. PERIMETRO VIAJERO and their representatives understand that the physical condition of our customers satisfy the conditions required to make the trip in which they freely participate. We recommend obtaining a travel insurance that includes cancellation clauses and return at a minimum.
CLAIMS AND LAWSUITS
The customer must immediately inform the service provider and PERIMETRO VIAJERO not exceeding 48 hours about any problems that may arise, in order to solve it. Failure to inform PERIMETRO VIAJERO make it impossible to get a satisfactory solution or verify the veracity of the claim, so the customer will have to prove that the Administration or the courts on breach of contract. Claims must be documented with receipts and invoices and have to go to PERIMETRO VIAJERO within 30 days after departure.
PERIMETRO VIAJERO will not be responsible for:
• the consequences of weather and bad weather that may result in cancellations or changes to the route offered by the service operator.
- the cancellation, modification or alteration of any of the contracted services within the services of land in the country chosen for justifiable reasons (unexpected visits and attractions, destruction of places, disease guide, police checks and others that disturbed the contracted service)
The buyer will not seek monetary or judicial redress of any element of your journey if it has not been carried out by any cause of force majeure and / or unexpected.
The owner of the website can interrupt the operation of the portal with justification, without giving rise to a claim by the user, for security, maintenance, updating or restructuring of computing resources in order to improve service.
The user is responsible for communications directed to PERIMETRO VIAJERO as well as the data you enter, and therefore the consequences that may arise, for example by introducing false or incorrect information.
PERIMETRO VIAJERO not responsible for any consequence or damage that may result from non-consensual use of the information contained on the website or from services and opinions made by others.
Should any demand for lawsuit arise between the end consumer and PERIMETRO VIAJERO, the matter must be presented at the Courts of the Kingdom of Spain.

The client declares that he/she has read and understood the conditions contained herein. The client agrees to these conditions and therefore signs this contract.
